Alaska Soaring Eagle Vacation Homes

Everyone who has ever ventured north to Alaska knows there is nothing more spectacular and offering more fishing and adventure than the central Kenai Peninsula.

Soaring Eagle now offers Alaska’s first private, oceanfront, vacation homes in a Common Interest Community (Condominium) setting of up to twelve condominium home units to dedicated Alaska adventurers with the desire to own a second home on an affordable basis without the endless rigors of managing and maintaining a second home from a distance.

Soaring Eagle Vacation Homes are one, two and three bedroom four season homes set in a quiet, beautifully landscaped and well maintained location featuring one of the most spectacular views in the entire State of Alaska. Enjoy the vista of Mount Redoubt and Mount Iliamna from your own ocean front home.

These individual homes (detached condominium units) are designed for those that wish to live on the edge of the wilderness without
the hardships associated with it. Soaring Eagle Homes have breathtaking views which are interrupted only by the soaring eagles gliding before your eyes. The homes are graced by regularly visiting moose, often with their young ones.

The Soaring Eagle Vacation Homes property not only features the finest Alaska salmon and halibut fishing out the front door and on nearby rivers and streams but also affords ready access to world class clam beaches and convenient, nearby, boat launch facilities. When you’re ready for something more you may choose to kayak with the sea otters….hike almost endless wilderness trails….
mountain bike, canoe or horseback ride the beaches.

Soaring Eagle Vacation Home property is managed by the Homeowners Association and it’s property management consultants all sharing your same concern for perpetuation of one of the Kenai Peninsula’s best tended properties.

Old Town Cottages in Homer Alaska

DESCRIPTION:
A community of 8 small homes tucked in a green space in the vibrant residential and commercial area of Old Town, Homer. Construction is on-going and due to be completed in the fall of 2009. Homes are clustered around a central garden area, which includes a fire-circle, benches and raised planters. Old Town Cottages have easy walking access to Bishop's beach, cafes, restaurants, banks, groceries and galleries. A balance of privacy and community is created by perennial hedges, trees, common pathways and private porches. Details reminiscent of Arts and Crafts bungalows fill these homes, exemplifying the economy and grace of living efficiently and comfortably within a small footprint. Alcoves, bays, built-in shelves and pockets of space make a small area seem larger while accommodating more activities. Materials used in construction have inherent beauty. These cottages surround the residents with comfort, practicality and neighborly security.

OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE:

Each cottage is individually owned with common-interest ownership pertaining to common properties outside the immediate vicinity of each cottage. Common-interest properties include driveway and parking, central garden area, storage, dumpster and green space. These common properties are jointly owned by the Old Town Cottage Homeowners Association. All expenses associated with the care and maintenance of these properties are determined by the Homeowners Association and shared equally by all eight residences. Charges will be determined and levied by the membership of the Homeowners Association. Details regarding ownership responsibilities are enumerated in the Homeowners Association Manual provided by Old Town Cottages, LLC.
